1. Contestant will hold the Promotion Sponsor’s) and IP GROUP harmless and release the Promotion Sponsor (s) and IP GROUP from any and all liability for health related injuries of any kind resulting from this promotion.

2. Contestant was a randomly selected contestant and was not required to provide any payment or consideration in order to participate in this promotion.

3. Contestant has not previously participated in this promotion.

4. Contestant is not allowed any practice, warmup, or qualifying shots at any time after the notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize attempt(s).

5. In order to qualify for a prize, contestant is allowed twenty (20) attempts to successfully shoot fifteen (15) pucks from behind the red line (minimum 89 feet) into the NHL goal within a total time of 20 seconds.

6. No part of contestant body or clothing may come in contact with the demarcation lines prior to releasing the puck (s). Any such contact shall constitute a foul and the shot will be considered missed.

7. Contestant can not be a: Current or former professional or semi professional ice hockey player or coach who has played or coached at that level anywhere in the world; A current or former college or Olympic ice hockey player or coach who has played or coached at that level anywhere in the world; a current or former high school ice hockey player or coach who has played or coached at that level anywhere in the world within the past five (5) years;

8. Contestant agrees to allow the Promotion Sponsor (s) and IP GROUP to use their name and likeness for any and all promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Contestant must be 18 years of age or older, and must sign Contest Agreement and Arena Waivers prior to participation. The opportunity to participate is non-transferrable.
